You grant Railovate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the Service. Railovate owns all rights to its site design, logos, and proprietary technology. Do not copy, modify, or distribute Service content without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Railovate is not liable for user disputes, transaction issues, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed any fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. You indemnify Railovate against claims arising from your use of the Service.

Railovate may terminate your access anytime for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
